Aswan Dam

At a height of 114 m and a length of 3800 m, Aswan is
part of the largest dams in the world. He
mobilized 30 000 workers from 1960 to 1971. The
project was launched in 1952 by the Government
Nasser to make water available throughout the year, extending the irrigated area, reduce floods from the Nile, regulate navigation, and ... generate electricity. But many problems have emerged from various construction.
